Helen and her team served multiple clients in various industries and have created their own system and dimensions of legal review in data protection field. Along with the explosion of China’s legislation on personal information protection and data security laws,such system and tools from both legal and technical views grow more mature, complete and efficient.

Arthur Xie

Major in Computer Science and Technology of Zhengzhou University, Arthur has more than ten years of working experience in database and big data industry, rich project experience of data structure and management. He served as data security consultant/specialist in multiple international companies including Hewlett-Packard Group, Citi Group, Ping An Insurance Group, a major international invested bank and a leading global consulting group.

As a technical expert in data field, Arthur has deep understanding and rich practice regarding data anonymization, category-and-class-based data protection, analysis on data flow & application scenarios, and technical risks of data leakage, falsification and loss. Ever since his join of DataPal as the head technical adviser, he has played a leading role in many key projects of Qbridge.

Sarah Wang

Graduated from top law school in Shanghai, practiced as a lawyer in the field of intellectual property law and served many multiple international media groups for more than six years, Sarah now works as major legal adviser of DataPal.

Owning to her years of working experience in media industry at the forefront of data protection, Sarah holds professional sights in both business and law, and is the vital link between clients and DataPal. She gave excellent performance in data auditing, data classification protection, Cloud service security consulting,legal compliance for oversea SaaS platforms (as data processers), risk assessment of information assets, design of data protection system for global companies in China, and data security training, etc..
